Capital Market Partners A/S (CMP, “we”, “us” or “ours”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients, suppliers, business partners, and our employee’s information, including personal data. Your privacy is important to us, and we are strongly committed to protecting personal data and work continuously to ensure ongoing compliance with data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Regulation.

This policy outlines how we manage your personal information supplied to us by you and/or third parties e.g., our clients or public authorities.

2. What kind of personal information do we collect?

General personal data, including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address of customers and customers’ owners, as well as the name, title, telephone number, and e-mail of any contact persons at the customer.

What is the purpose of collecting the information?

We collect and process personal data in connection with the cooperation with our customers. We only collect the personal data that is necessary for agreed purposes, and we ask our customers to only share personal data where it is strictly necessary for these purposes.

We process general personal data to be able to fulfill the agreement with the customer, including:

  • Deliverance of the services
  • Invoicing
  • Quality assurance

3. Information security

Information security is the business risk with the highest priority at CMP. We work seriously and professionally with information security. We have implemented security measures to ensure data protection for customer information, personal data, and other confidential information. We regularly carry out internal follow-ups to the adequacy and compliance of policies and measures.

4. Disclosure of personal information

We only pass on personal data when we have a legal basis for this.

Other third parties who provide goods or services

We use other third parties, e.g., subcontractors. In this connection, such third parties may be provided with personal data that is necessary for them to deliver the agreed service.

CMP enters agreements that are necessary to ensure that the required security is in place to protect the information and comply with our data protection obligations.

Accountants and other professional advisers

We may sometimes hand over personal data to our accountants and other professional advisers, including lawyers, etc.

Government authorities or third parties required by and in accordance with applicable law or regulation

Sometimes we may be required to disclose personal data to public authorities or third parties if required by law or regulation.

We will only comply with requests for disclosure of personal data where we have an obligation to do so.

5. Period the personal information is processed

CMP deletes personal data when CMP no longer has a work-related need to process it. The retention period is set to the obligations CMP is subject to by current legislation, CMP Network, auditor supervision, and other public authorities, as well as to secure documentation.

6. Your rights

As registered, you have certain rights that CMP, as data controller, is obliged to fulfill.

You can contact CMP and gain insight into which personal data CMP processes about you, as well as have any incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected. If you want your data to be deleted, that CMP restricts its processing, or you want to object to CMP’s processing of your data, you can contact CMP. You can also contact CMP if you wish to exercise your right to data portability.

8. Complain

If you wish to complain about our processing of personal data, please send an e-mail with the details of your complaint to info@cmp.as. We will process the complaint and get back to you.
