Søren Vestergaard

Since entering the financial services industry more than a decade ago, Søren has worked at the intersection of business and technology, helping financial institutions deliver complex transformation initiatives within the capital markets.

Throughout his career, he has worked across front-office, middle-office, and post-trade functions, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges facing modern financial institutions. By leveraging Agile and DevOps principles, he helps clients bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery.

His expertise spans business analysis, solution architecture, system integration, and regulatory change, with particular experience implementing the MX.3 capital markets platform for banks in the Nordics. Søren combines deep domain knowledge with a practical approach to designing and implementing solutions that create lasting business value.

Søren holds an MSc in Economics and Management from Aarhus University.
