Søren Rask Nymark has +20 years of experience from the financial and market infrastructure sector. He has primarily focused on projects and responsibilities related to strategy, business development, corporate governance, and M&A.
He has held roles such as Strategy Director and Head of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at VP SECURITIES (today part of Euronext), Head of Strategy at Danske Bank C&I, and Head of Business Development at Danske Bank Transaction Banking. In addition, his background includes management consulting positions at KPMG and PwC.
He serves as an external examiner at universities and business schools as well as mentor start-ups at Copenhagen Fintech.
Søren excels in complex projects, aiming for sustainable solutions, effective implementation, and stakeholder satisfaction through structured and analytical approaches.
He holds an MSc and a PhD in Economics and Business Administration.
