Mads has held multiple leadership positions in front office roles, showcasing his expertise in these areas.

As Trading Head at a Nordic Investment Bank, Mads has gained extensive experience in risk management, trading infrastructure, and regulatory projects. Moreover, he worked as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at a Danish Fund Manager, where he has been involved in strategy and business development, product management processes, and collaboration between business and support units.
