Lene brings more than 35 years of experience across financial markets and energy trading. 

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership and business development positions, including Head of Trading at Jyske Markets and Head of Business Development, Markets at Jyske Bank. As Head of Nordics at an international consulting firm, she was responsible for building and developing the Nordic business. 

Lene advises clients on strategic and complex transformation initiatives, helping organizations navigate the intersection of business processes, trading, risk management, technology, regulation, and organizational change. She brings a pragmatic and business-driven approach, translating strategic objectives into actionable solutions and supporting clients from strategy through execution. 

With extensive experience from both the financial and energy sectors, Lene is particularly strong at bridging business and technology and at creating alignment across senior stakeholders, business functions, and technology teams. She is recognized for her ability to build trusted relationships, drive progress in complex environments, and ensure that initiatives deliver tangible business value. 

Lene also serves as an external examiner at universities and business schools and is involved in international collaboration within ACI Financial Markets Association. 

Lene holds a MSc in Business Administration (MBA).
