Jonas Pilerö

Jonas brings more than 20 years of experience within the financial sector, having joined Saxo shortly after the bank obtained its banking license.

He began his career as part of a back-office team and played an instrumental role in scaling the organization’s operations into a global operation. This experience shaped his professional focus on change management and operational excellence.

Beyond managing processes, Jonas has consistently sought to optimize them in support of strategic growth. Drawing on his background as a former COO and strategic advisor to CEOs, he has developed a strong ability to translate strategic direction into concrete outcomes, bridging the gap between vision and execution.

Jonas brings a combination of strategic insight, operational discipline and a pragmatic approach, with core competencies spanning financial markets, business development, international business leadership, project management and operations management. This enables him to help organizations convert high level strategy into tangible, operational results.

Jonas holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm University School of Business.
