Henning Andersen

Henning has a comprehensive background in Software Engineering and a diverse track record across roles including Programmer, Architect, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Department Manager. He has gained deep industry experience working with major organizations such as Novo Nordisk, BEC Financial Technologies, Oticon, Unibank, and IBM.

Henning specializes in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions. Notably, he led the technical implementation of the Transaction Reporting System (TRS) for the Danish FSA (Finanstilsynet). This critical project enabled MiFID/MiFIR reporting and involved complex stakeholder management across National Competent Authorities, ESMA, reporting parties, and suppliers. Additionally, Henning has extensive experience with FX dealing systems, and in integrating and exposing static and market data from external providers like Nasdaq and SIX.

As a Project Manager, Henning is known for fostering a cooperative atmosphere. He is goal-oriented and strives for excellence, maintaining a strategic overview while respecting necessary technical details. He adapts seamlessly to various cultural settings, thriving in both local teams and international cross-cultural environments.

His core technical expertise encompasses C++, Python, SQL, and design patterns.

Henning holds a MSc in Software Engineering and an EBA (Engineering Business Administration) from Technical University of Denmark.
