Capital Market Partners (CMP) today announced a newly formed Board of Directors consisting of four highly experienced industry profiles. The new board is appointed to guide the consultancy’s strategic expansion and strengthen its position within the financial services sector.

To support this mission, the board will leverage their cross-disciplinary insights to help CMP deliver optimal solutions across specialized services, including Capital Market expertise, M&A Services, Regulatory Reporting, Asset Management systems, Post-Trade, and Regulatory Services such as ESG and DORA implementation.
The Newly Appointed Board Members Are:
BRIAN MALMROS
Brian is an experienced executive and legal professional within the insurance industry. With extensive experience in this sector, his core expertise includes financial regulation, compliance, and corporate governance. Previously, he served as CEO for multiple insurance companies and held leadership roles at Topdanmark. Additionally, he holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and is a licensed attorney with the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.
FLEMMING POULFELT
Flemming is Professor Emeritus at Copenhagen Business School. With over 26 years of academic expertise, his core focus includes strategy, managing knowledge-intensive firms, management consulting, and global leadership. Throughout his distinguished academic career, he has published extensively within these fields. Additionally, he offers strong practical insights as an active board member and strategic consultant for several other companies.
LARS CHRISTIANSEN
Lars is the CEO of REGTECH DATAHUB and serves as Partner at CMP. With over 30 years of experience in investment banking and financial IT, his core expertise includes capital markets technology and complex regulatory challenges. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at CMP and held advisory roles for major financial institutions including Nordea, Commerzbank, and Danske Bank. Additionally, he is a member of the ANNA-DSB Product Committee.
CHRISTIAN BOSERUP
Christian is the Founding Partner at Priced Advisory, helping businesses generate value through improved revenue, cost reduction, and risk management. With over 25 years of experience in innovative consulting, his core expertise includes business strategy, financial analysis, and sustainability. Previously, he served as Partner at Implement Consulting Group and KPMG, alongside leadership roles in risk management at PwC and Marsh. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for OSK Design.
