Herman Hansson

Herman Hansson is a capital markets consultant with a background in finance and technology. He has experience with regulatory reporting and the Murex platform, with exposure to processes across front, middle, and back office.

Herman works with EU and UK EMIR regulatory reporting for interest rate and FX derivatives. His work includes requirements analysis, testing, data analysis, and collaboration between business and technical stakeholders. Through his experience with Murex, he has developed an understanding of trade lifecycles and the systems and processes supporting capital markets operations.

Herman combines his financial background with technical skills in SQL and Python, complemented by knowledge of databases and backend development. This combination enables him to work effectively at the intersection of business and technology.

Herman holds an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed a one-year program in Backend Development at Noroff.
